Fairly clean lovely accommodation with polite staff and perfect location really close to the sea-5-min walk. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals.

We appreciated staff and location, every detail required. The hotel room was relaxing with view to the lagoon. They had an early check-in. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby. Easy access to Cancun airport, which was about 28 minutes' drive away.

The staff is accommodating, the breakfast tasty, the ocation is unbeatable next to the bus stop connecting hotel zone with downtown, the party area, beaches, supermarket, shops, restaraunts, bus stops.

Staff was patient, the continental breakfast was generous. I enjoyed stylish furniture in the double room. It was original, the bed was really nice. Prime location, a 10-15 minute walk from an only mall. Impressive lobby. Could use their good parking.

Cool and fairly clean hotel, brilliant location. The room was themed and included best bathroom. Restaurant in venue was perfect and the pool area was incredible. Premium drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise. It was located near the beach🙂
It had squeaky beds, and the views appeared to be awful.

The venue was clean and the staff were PRETTY FRIENDLY. Positioned in the lovely area, just next door to beaches, the party area and clubs. Hot drinks at outdoor bar, great service. There were good pool, free parking, nonetheless I liked hotel's pleasant views more.

The staff was WONDERFUL and we loved continental breakfast. Exceptional view of castle. Salad bar and great pool. Situated in a suburb area. Apart from that, aquarium cancun was 5 minutes' drive away.

Tidy hotel with an immensely pleasant staff and a savoury breakfast. Everything was nice, bright and compact room. Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from cancun convention center. Lively area.

hotel was in an great location with really kindly staff. coco bongo is near the venue, plus interactive aquarium is 5 minutes' drive away. it was next to playa chac mool.
